Last week Nintendo America held a launch event in New York for Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver. The weather may have been wet but it didn’t dampen the spirits of the many fans who turned up. There was a PokeWalker walking route to test out the pedometer device (which is splash proof) and many other little attractions to entertain those who braved out the rain.
On the inside of the Nintendo World store you could purchase Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver, many fans stood around trading and battling each other whilst others just wanted to use their PokeWalker for the first time.
There wont be any official launch events for the games here in Australia but Nintendo Australia may hold a Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver Connection Tour in the next few months considering they still need to give us Jirachi.
